Chef's tips: You can use your favorite sauce instead of the powdered chili.

INGREDIENTS

180 grams of Totopos de maíz Milpa Real 
2 corn cobs
1/4 cup of shredded panela cheese
2 tbsp of chopped parsley (washed and disinfected)
2  tbsp of chopped coriander (washed and disinfected) 2 lemons (only the juice)
1 tsp powdered chili
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Grill the corn cobs in a grilling pan or grill for 10 minutes, constantly turning to  avoid burning them.
2. Very carefully, thresh the corn cobs with a knife and place the kernels in a bowl.
3. In the same bowl add the cheese, parsley, coriander, powdered chili, lemon juice. Mix and season to taste. 
4. Place the bowl at the center of the table and accompany with Totopos de maíz Milpa Real.
