INGREDIENTS

4 pieces of Tortillinas Integrales Tía Rosa
½ cup cooked black beans without broth
½ piece of avocado in small cubes
¼ piece of red onion in small cubes
¼ cup of coriander (washed and disinfected)
 ¼ tsp of cumin powder
 ¼ tsp of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a small bowl mix the beans, the cumin and garlic powder. Set aside.
2. Heat in a pan the  Tortillinas Integrales Tía Rosa for 2 minutes. This prevents them from breaking.
3. Place the beans, avocado, red onion and a bit of coriander over the tortilla. Fold one end to form a pouch and then wrap the tortilla to form the burrito. Carefully place in the pan and heat for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
