INGREDIENTS

8 slices of Pan 7 granos Oroweat
½ avocado
¼ lemon (only the juice)
4 slices of smoked turkey ham 
1 cup of beetroot (washed and disinfected)
½ piece of yellow pepper, sliced
¼ piece of onion, cut in semi circles
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, smash the avocado with a fork, then add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. Set aside.
2. Toast the slices of Pan 7 granos Oroweat.
3. Spread some of the avocado on a slice, add a slice of ham, some beetroot, onion and 4-5 slices of pepper. Place another slice of bread on top to close the sandwich and serve.
