GRILLED TOFU SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

8 slices of Pan Integral Bimbo
1 piece of sliced firm tofu
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp fines herbes
4 big leaves of Italian lettuce (washed and disinfected)
1 sliced orange bell pepper
1 sliced cucumber with skin
4 tsp of mustard with seeds

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, mix the olive olive and fines herbes. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, place the slices of  tofu and soak them in the fines herbes mixture. Let them marinate for 20 minutes. You can also do this step the night before.
3. Spread mustard on a slice of Pan Integral Bimbo. Place a lettuce leaf on top, then 2-3 slices of tofu, cucumber and bell pepper. Close the sandwich with another slice of bread and serve.
