Chef's tips: For a spicy touch you can add a little bit of powdered chili or finely chopped jalapeño.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup of Cacahuates Salados Golden Nuts Barcel  
8 fine sheets of jicama
3 surimi bars
 ¼ cup of  coriander
2 tsp of low fat mayonnaise
¼ lemon (only the juice)
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Chop a bit the Cacahuates salados Golden Nuts Barcel. Set aside
2. In a bowl mix the surimi, coriander, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season to taste and set aside. 
3. Put the filling on the sheets of jicama and fold them in half. 
4. Serve and sprinkle the chopped Cacahuates salados Golden Nuts Barcel on top.
