4 pieces of Tostadas onduladas Milpa Real
½ cup of cooked, mashed bayo beans
½ cup sliced lettuce (washed and disinfected)
2 tbsp low fat sour cream
2 tbsp shredded fresh cheese
½ piece of thinly sliced avocado
2 pieces of chile de árbol
¼ piece of onion
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste

1.-For the sauce: in a small pot with water cook the tomatoes, chiles, onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Put the vegetables in a blender without the water, season to taste, blend and set apart.
2.- Carefully spread the beans over the Tostadas onduladas Milpa Real. Put the lettuce, ½ tbsp of cream and a bit of cheese on top.
3.-Add some of the salsa previously prepared and 3-5 slices of avocado. Serve.
